Title: Auto Turn stop on event completion

Can anyone advise if the Auto Turn stops and the event window shows the event when a vessel completes its mission.

Reason I ask this is when playing v1.51 i sent my Geo survey vessel to survey planets and moons only. Later I discovered it orbiting the last planet/moon with no orders showing , yet I did not notice the auto turn stopping nor an event pop-up saying that the vessel had completed its orders.  Did I just miss this.

This bug was reportet and fixed after 1.51
iirc it got fixed, i cant find the post for it though
