Title: Cargo Shuttles and Troops

Do "Cargo Shuttles", "Cargo Shuttle Station" or "Spaceports" have any effect on troop transport bays? The load time does not appear to change in the window.

And are you able to unload troops onto planets without Spaceports without shuttles? No you do not, but you do need a colony there.
