Title: Help with Xenoarcheology please

I researched the tech but I cannot find the thing.  Where can I create one? In ground forces formations there is no such thing and I cannot build them as a unit I have only my standard fround force templates for that.  The only three non combat units I managed to find was the resupply, HQ and construction ones.

Can you help me please?

They require at least a medium vehicle and should just be on the list with everything else:
