Title: How to add ships in SM mode?

Hello there!

I encountered that darn bug with dividing with zero.  The cause was one of my 500kt terraforming base.  I have to delete it but I don't know how to add it back.  Where can I add ships in SM mode?

go to class design, go to misc for that ship then instant build
