anyone else having problems with the decimals . and ,  something is realy wrong here my production is at 181 k with 400 industry and no researtch wat so ever and ther are other problems also

my researtch is the same its like ther is something that gives  100 or 1000 times the amount it shoud be .

Yes, you need to change you decimal separator to '.' and thousands' separator to ',' before creating a new game. Once I have started a new game and generated my race, I can change the decimal separator back to ',' and play (fairly) normally, although I think that others have experienced more issues if they maintain their own decimal separator.

Its a known issue. Search the forum. It has been addressed and explained countless times. You have to change the Windows designation of your decimal separator.

i dident have it in 1.8 it just poped up in 1.9  when i installed it i havent changed anything just deleted the db and exe and put in the new ones ill see if i can get it fixed thnx for the answer.
Jarhead0331 what i think you are refering to is something i have fixed before. as i cant see that the game actualy start editing my computer and changing my setings.
