Title: Is it possible to transfer maintenance supplies between two ships in a fleet

I have a class of gravsurvey ship with two engines, and one of these ships has both engines damaged and is out of maintenance supplies to fix it.

I sent another ship of the class with spare maintenance supplies to "absorb" that ship into its own fleet, but I can't find a way to share that ship's supplies with the other one enabling an engine to be fixed.

I remember that in VB Aurora there was an "equalize supplies" button somewhere, allowing you to instantly share all supplies equally among all ships.  Does that still exist, and where is it?  If not, is there another way to accomplish what I'm trying?

It's no longer possible. You need cargo shuttles to transfer MSP between ships and ships/stations/colonies.

In your situation, using a tug would be best.
