Title: Save new races file, with medals and custom names

Would be very nice to be able to save races, so we may use them again in new games/worlds. This will also encourage custom races sharing between players. It would be very nice also, to associate to a race file a specific medal system awards, and why not, some custom leaders name. Thanks Steve  ;D ;)

Sweet Jesus, yes.  Having to set back up things like rank structure, additional name themes, event colors, etc.  between games with the same race design is a little crazy-inducing.
