Title: Refueling Hub or Refueling System

I have some questione reguarding the difference betwen a Refueling Hub and Refueling System.

Refueling Hub is needed only for multiple refueling simultaneously?
Refueling Hub need a Refueling System for function correctly?

Hub for stations or huge tanker to refuel whole fleet (or simply many ships at once). Systems just a single ship at the rate specified. I am also 99.9% sure Hub has the same refuel speed as your current Refuel system tech.

Hub has 100k tons weight while refueling systems weights 500t.

Correct, hubs auto-upgrade to your latest refuelling tech.  That can make a difference when loading from large gas mining stations, as they will never need a refit to stay current.

Hubs are for allowing other things to refuel from me without asking me to tell them to do so.

Refueling systems are for refueling other things from me when I tell them to do so.
