How do I gift a ship to an NPR?

I know there is a button somewhere but I can not seem to find it on any of the ship or npr related screens.

I'm sure I am just over looking it but could someone point it out to me please?

It seems that, except for the new ground forces window, 'transfer' buttons from Aurora VB6 have simply not found their way into C# yet as of 1.9.5. So, one can't gift ships to an NPR.

This is a feature I'd like to see back to support a forum game I want to run elsewhere.

That button is still back in VB Aurora.  Have patience, and it will eventually make it inot C# Aurora in one of the many QoL / convenience updates over the next few months.
