Title: Refit?

Hi, i just have a problem.

I have a military class Cruiser thats 9500tons, and i want to upgrade it (14000tons)
I go on the shipyard retool to new cruiser, but i cannot refit, why is that?

There are new refitting restrictions in C#. You can't refit to a ship that is 20% smaller or 20% larger than the ship you are refitting from: http://aurora2.pentarch.org/index.php?topic=8495.msg117467#msg117467
