Title: Population growth rate

Are population growth rates between 100% - 300% normal throughout the game in all colonies?

Someone on Reddit had a similar problem. The solution seems to be to change your regional settings to use a period as a decimal separator instead of a comma before you create a new game: https://www.reddit.com/r/aurora/comments/gqco3n/why_is_my_growth_rate_astronomical/
