Title: Ship yards/Slipways

Has anyone done a comparison on costs for upgrading shipyards?

Is it cheaper to add the slips first or build to desired capacity or is the cost the same either way?

It should be the same. When you add a slipway, it will cost the same as adding an equivalent amount of capacity.

That's what I was thinking. Just hadn't bothered to figure it out.
