Title: Ground Capabilities Question

So I checking out some of the examples of other people's ground units they have posted on the forums and I noticed that some of them have multiple ground capabilities on one unit template - like a Ranger unit with genetic enhancement, desert, and jungle warfare capabilities.  I have never been able to add more than one capability to a template - is there something I'm missing?  Can you have multiple capabilities added and if so, how?

Use CTRL+click to select more special capabilities.
