...a string to let all unassigned officers to be assigned to commercial ships as well? Priority could be given considering political reliability or something. I know this was designed to ensure military ships are always manned properly and it is great but still not nice to have unassigned officers around especially if there are ships without any captain. Also priority should ensure military ships to be still manned properly.

EDIT: This should also help with officers which now are retiring faster as they do not have any assignment
