Title: Suggestion for Fighter Boni from Primary Flight Control

 - What it says on the tin; this a post suggesting that the Primary Flight Control give fighters additional bonuses. Namely to have it confer the bonuses of CIC and Science Department to all parasites assigned to a mothership with both a Primary Flight Control, one of the additional command / control modules, AND valid officers for all three of them.
