Is there a way to add rank themes? I see on the Miscelaneous tab I can add Name and Cmdr themes. When starting a new game the list of rank themes is much shorter so I assume they need extra formatting to cover rank abbreviations. I usually want to add one or two lower ranks to a new game which means manually editing every rank all the way down.
Also, I assume a few people have their own themes they use, are there any posted on the forums? I can't seem to see anything. Some of the included themes are woefully short and I thought there might be some more complete ones shared.
Edit: I found the thread discussing normal naming themes, so if they aren't in the game yet I can add them from there. Still not sure if ranks are an option.

I generally just manually edit the ranks. The default ranks given usually chop the two lowest ranks out anyway, so I add them back in by renaming the exsisting, and manually adding more to the top.
As far as rank structures go, this is what I currently use;
