Title: Aliens Translated my language in 6 days, is that right?

I was just curious if this was a bug or just some very clever aliens. It took much, much longer with the first NPR I met. I discovered these guys on the 11th of Feb and they had full communication by the 17th.

Yep, happened to me too, though it was one of my empires that translated an alien language. I guess good rolls and a good translation score helped the stars align.
