Title: Add x tons of Capacity

Add 10,000 ton Capacity,

I would like to add a x number of tons since I have ships that are 800K tons+.   Please put this in the next update.

You can already do this :)

Select "Continual Capacity Upgrade" and type in a target size of "800000", then start the task. The shipyard will upgrade itself gradually until it reaches the target size, and then stop.
