Title: Recreation Module?

Hello All,
I am trying to set up a Battlestar Galactica, fleet-only start, and am looking for the rec module to make it possible to take care of the shore leave need after years searching the galaxy.   Has this been removed for C#?

It's in the game, automatically researched and available in the class design window from the start of the game.

I mentioned this kind of start in the "Questions not worth there own thread" Thread. I suggest you go look for it to see people's suggestions on how it would work if you havent already.
