What does "ban body" actually do?
What I have gathered:
- will stop civilian ships from bringing colonists to the banned body. Does it stop bringing infrastructure too?
Questions:
- will it stop civilian companies from establishing a mining outpost on the banned body? If not, how can I stop them from doing it (except by designating the body as a colony)?
- will give any warning or even stop me from bringing civilians/infrastructure there?
