Been having a problem when exploring jump points/generating new systems. If the program decides there is to generate a local system and
that system is a repeat. The program is only appling that system as my home system, no matter the difference in system numbers.
I.E. Sys I.D. 307, generates a new system from warp point exploration. it selects system '1' as that system. my home system. has happened several times now. This campaign, it has happened 4 times.
Have restarted several campaigns because of this. due to 1 in 4 of warp point connections going back to my home system.
"local system chance was 15%, with a spread of 50 systems.
-
How many total systems?
-
In this campaign, have a total of 18 systems.
6 warp lines double back to the home system, and to no other system.
-
I meant in the setup... The default is 1000... if you reduce that, you'll see what you are.
-
set at 100000
-
Hmmm... the 15%/50 are default values...
Does the same thing happen with a smaller number of systems? Like 1000?
Only thing I can think of, is that 100,000 is a bigger value than the variable is declared for, but that should throw some sort of overflow error at you.

will, drop it and check
