Since the download host is in the USA.... And I only block yandex.ru for the inordinate amount of spam from them...

There are still VPNs and TOR to get around these issues. I guess those would be the easiest tools to get around geo blocking.

My apologies for not being clear in the original post - I'd previously read that Steve lived on the Isle of Man and I couldn't resist making an embargo joke.
