Title: Set Minimum Officer Age Per Race

Simple enough idea: I know the existing way that "officer age" works out is that it takes their "became officer" date and adds 21. So, my suggestion: let us specify that value in the definition of a race.

Seconded, thirded, and fourthed. I could buy a youth movement in the officer corps, but lead scientists are never in their 20s!! Let alone planetary governors...

If you are some sort of aristocratic society planatery governors (Dukes, Queens etc ) could be very young, its just that they are not actually doing the governing thats their regent. Nobles who were minors were far from unknown

Indeed, and I'd love to have the ability to control that sort of detail.
