Title: Return of Ordnance/Fighter Factories

Ordnance and Fighter factories are back in v4.8 and Industrial Capacity becomes Construction Factories again. I was just finding it too unrealistic in terms of having a percentage of industry devoted to fighters or missiles. Besides the system not being very flexible in terms of the needs of different races, in the past I have had colonies with just ordnance factories and that was no longer possible. So I have retained the new tab and the multiple projects concept but I have split the capacity into three distinct areas. Now when you set the percentage for a task, it is the percentage of that type of capacity. So you might devote sixty percent of your ordnance factories on a planet to build a particular type of missile for example. Here is a screen shot of the updated Industry tab

Very happy about this one, I especially like the fact youve carried over split tasking to missiles and fighters!
