Title: Graphics Question

When I open the various windows the bottom selectable buttoms are not visible.  I have not seen checkboxs for scroll bars on most screens. I also tried changing screen resolution to be able to see them.  Anyone have an idea?

You need a min. resolution of 1280x1024.
