Title: where is event log?

Well the title says it all. I searched and I see a number of threads that reference event logs but I cannot figure out how to get to it. I see events as they occur on the system map but want to scrol back several turns ago.

How do I get to it?

On the system map, at the top-right ahnd side is a yellow and blue button. That brings up the events window. Or hit Ctrl+F3.
