Title: Can't deisgn any turrets

Pretty simple. I can't design any turrets. I get this error message and the fields never update nor is there anything in any dropdown box.

Have you designed and researched any beam weapons that are valid for turrets?  (ie railguns may not be mounted in turrets by lasers can)

Currently the only weapons  that can be turret mounted are Lasers, Mesons, and Gauss cannon.  Before you will be able to design the turret, you will need to design the weapons to be mounted, and research them.  Only once they are researched will you be able to design the turret.
