Title: Real-World Start?

Could anyone help me out with this? I would love to make a 'real-world' starting scenario with each major country on earth all with their correct populations, per capita incomes, etc for the year 2010. It would obviously be a conventional start, and we'd have to fudge a bit on ground unit strength, but I think it would be pretty interesting, not to mention give those ICBM's something to do.
