Title: Assigning Staff To A Task Force

How do I assign staff to fill these positions I want to start some fleet training and want my best people but I can't work this one out. Also what are the best staff for the positions is it the staff with the highest skills in each area?

Assign the Task Force leader and then you will be given the option to assign staff, or if you have auto-assign enabled then Aurora will assign the best people available at the next 5-Day.

I don't seem to have the option to assign a taskforce leader I must be missing something.

Change the Assignment Type filter (above the assignments) to "Staff".

Thanks guys managed to set it up for the first time in three games. Got my military out training ready for whatever the future might hold.
