Title: UI enhancement

Ship design screen has research racial tech ( engines etc) how about havign this option also directly selectible from the research tab as a link to the same screen took me as a new player to game but not to 4x a little while to figure it out

Click Instant instead of Create on the research projects. This might require SM mode.
