Title: Targeting Shipyards

How are shipyards targeted and destroyed?
They don't appear in my contact list. 

EDIT: They didn't appear in my contact list because I hadn't waited for the 5-day cycle after they were created.

Active sensors are on and in range?

What is actually showing as available targets?
