Title: Geology specialists now capped at 60%

Thats too bad :(

My glorious super genius friend from another reality with his 200+% geology rating was pretty amazing.  The geologists are now simply not getting points after 60%. Sadly, this seems to be working as intended.

Well, doesn't look so bad. Super Heroes are not cool guys, believe me : i've got a bunch of them next floor and it's a real nuisance.  :P
