Title: Adding gasses as SpaceMaster?

I want to create a game with various NPR's in Sol because I have a habit of restarting the game before I ever meet an alien race.
I couldn't find an option to add gasses to a planet as SM however, so hoe would one do that?

You need a colony there, then on the F2 screen, the Terraforming tab. You can add gasses there.
