Good evening gentlemen.
Here is the problem I'm stuck with. I am suffering critical shortages, mainly Gallicite and Tritanium, which prevent regular maintenance of many ships I have. I ordered some shipyards to scrap a dozen of those ships with two ideas in mind : get back some minerals in my stocks and lower the maintenance requests. Unfortunately, the scrapping operations now seem frozen : the % processed has remained constant for several monthes and I don't know how I will solve this equation : no minerals so no maintenance, no maintenance so... no scrapping (?), no scrapping so no minerals.
Any clues and lights welcome :P

while it is your choice you could SM a small amount of the minerals you need. I dont know if lacking materials stops scrapping commands though.

Indeed, that's odd. I'd like to make sure wheter this is a standard rule or maybe a bug ? Or am I missing something ?
BTW, I think I'll SMize some minerals anyway because my game is now stuck.

You might want to look up how orders are processed. I think construction occurs prior to scrapping. So you'd need to add enough minerals to account for both.
