Title: Refueling question

Hey, love the game even though most of it is going waaaay over my head.

My question is;

Can Commercial Tankers only refuel commercial ships? So I need a Military tanker for my military ships?

It doesn't matter is it commercial or military tanker. It must be Your's (not owned by civilians).

Thanks man, I was having trouble with refueling but then I realised I was telling the empty ship to refuel the tanker  :-[
