Post by: backstab on January 05, 2012, 05:36:55 PM
I have just had Pre-TN Russia surrender after being hit by a measly 42 strenght 8 Nukes and the gutless wonders packed it in and raised the white flag .... not what I expect of Vladimir Putin.  Doe anyone know what the pre requisits for surrender are ?

Without giving the exact formula, it is based on the amount of damage they took compared to a combination of their Xenophobia, Militancy and Determination. Low racial scores will make them more likely to surrender. A lot of damage at once will have more impact than a similar amount of damage over a longer period.

Would you be more afraid if your country got hit by 100 nukes in the period of 10 seconds or 100 nukes over the period of a year?

I'm pretty certain it makes no difference.

Psychologically it does make a significant difference.
