How many troop transport do I need to transfer my 1st Tank Division to Mars from Earth??

A normal division requires 21 troop transport bays / battalion spaces.

-> Divisional HQ, 1 Battalion
-> Brigade HQ, 4 Battalions
-> 16 Battalions of Troops

If by 'tank division' you mean conventional tank divisons, you'll need considerably more.

1 Conventional Battalion -> Size of 5 Battalions

Also:

1 Engineer Brigade -> Size of 5 Battalions

Bad, really bad, ok, for the moment Mars has coled down and I have 2 Engineer Regiments (Brigades) there should help them unless I find robots in the ruin, brrr , no real troops placed on Mars....
