I read here (http://aurora2.pentarch.org/index.php/topic,1486.0.html) that basic trade goods appear at 1 million population. Did this change somewhere, because I have a population that has been at over 1m (now approaching 1.5m) for quite some time now and hasn't started demanding or supplying any goods. Apart from infrastructure.
