Title: Can not research Ion engines

I am rather new to Aurora and am trying to figure out how to research the next engine tier, however I can not find ion engines anywhere in power and propulsion, are there any prerequisites besides nuclear pulse engines which I have already researched.

You also need the next reactor technology, gas cooled fast reactor.
