Title: How do tugs work?

I can't find the rules governing tractor beams, especially fuel use and speed when towing a ship. Is there a rules posting somewhere?

All engines create Engine Power. Engine power is multiplied by Fuel Efficiency and throttle setting to determine fuel consumption.  Engine Power is compared to Hull Size to determine speed.  A towed ship 'combines' with the tug to determine its stats.

However note that currently tug fuel use is bugged and acts like the tug is in fact throttled down. I believe it will be fixed in 6.00
