One general thing, I have to ask why you have em and thermal sensors on EVERYTHING. It's not like they stack together to create one super-sensor; drop all passive sensors on everything except combat ships(and even then, generally you only have them on dedicated sensor ships), and maybe your gravsurvey ships.
Next what I said about maintenance life for combat ships does NOT apply to survey ships, since they WILL be on extended deployments. As well, I'd aim for an intended deployment time of at least one-and-a-half to two years, since it might take at least that long to completely survey a single system. As well, you'll need to up the fuel to at least 100 days(unless you plan on dedicated tanker support for your scouts, of course). You can help make the space by dropping the armor and shields, since they AREN'T combat ships(if you do want a bit of survivability for them in case of...unforeseen accidents, I suggest an armor level of 2 max). As well, drop all military components off the geosurvey ships and make it completely commercial; you can get some pretty small ships this way. Since gravsurvey ships are always military, keeping the extra sensors is generally accepted on them, as I said. Overall, the idea behind survey ships are cheap, replaceable long range scouts that you won't really get hurt by losing if you come across a civ that resent your intrusion into their space.
Now, I have to ask if you actually do have a missile ship design somewhere, because unless I'm reading those designs wrong, I don't see a missile tube on any one of them, so having a collier is pretty pointless. As well, for magneto-plasma tech, those missiles are pretty pathetic, and those amms(that's what I'm assuming the Yavuzes to be, BTW; if they're just micro ASMS excuse me) have way too much range; the typical amm engages missiles at around 2-3 mil, which is about 1/10th the range of your amms. if you drop the range, you can put more to engines and agility for an awesome interceptor that creates a missile wall. In fact, looking at those missiles, I'm wondering what engine power tech you have, and what power modifier you're using. With missiles, typically you ALWAYS go max power(only exceptions is booster motors for the first stage of a MIRV missile). Even if you only have 3x missile power(remember missile engines go double your current power tech), you SHOULD have slightly better missiles than that!(not that I know for sure, since my personal rule of thumb is to never mess with missiles until I get at LEAST 2x power mod).
