Title: Re-Assign in-construction ships TG?

is there a way to re-assign the TG of a ship that is in construction?
I keep assigning or forgetting to re-assign at the beggining of a construction, then order the fleet off somewhere.
then the fleet won't move.
then I have to move all the ships out of THAT TG and into a new one.

Nope.

I usually name my SY TG "Alpha ..." so they show up at the beginning of the list and it's more difficult for me to accidentally target a different one....
