Title: Player Notes for Empires

I'd like to see a place to put player notes for my empire in Aurora.

An example: in the ship design screen, I'd like a place where I could put in things such as refit naming conventions, etc.  Or in the research window, a place to put my current thoughts on "once Jane Smith finishes researching Active Grav Sensor 95, have someone start on Adamantium armor"

I don't think every window needs it, just windows that merit frequent visits: design, construction, research, ground units, fleet orders, and so forth.

If I remember correctly the DAC tab in the ship design window allows you to put notes down for a class
