Title: Moving battalion between brigades removes all training?

I just found out that switching battalion to another brigade halves morale. After some time morale rises to 100, but then it has to be trained again. Is this intended behavior? I have not seen anything about it in wiki.

EDIT: is there any other way to lose accumulated training? Like moving to other planet, or changing/unassigning officer?

Yes it's intended - it represents disorganization caused by a change in command structure.
