Title: Ai making a huge ship?

So my test battle system i put a npr on a moon of saturn and after i visit them i found they got a ship on a nearby jump poin that the sensor say is 75000 ton!?! I want to know how they make that or what it is? Also the sensor detect a shipyard floating in space. That seem weird, it like a orbittal ship parking or a shipyard? Can i shoot at it?

75000 tons is probably a commercial vehicle. Maybe a jumpgate construction ship?

Is the shipyard at a planet? If yes, that is normal. You can shoot at these orbital complexes, destroying them with some luck. More accurate information on the wiki: http://aurorawiki.pentarch.org/index.php?title=Shipyards

Thats a big ship, I'd shoot it and see what happens. . .  :)
 I stumbled on some aliens last night with a 60,000 ton carrier ship which was a bit of a surprise.

Well it wasnt as impressive as i think it will be , only took 3 salvo form my bigger warhead, i think it is somekind of oversize jumpgate builder and tanker rolled together or something. Meduim armor and no pd
