Is there any way to either find or calculate the wealth cost of a ship construction?

It's the same as the Build Points. (BP)

So basically, 1 BP = 1 Wealth.

That metric applies for all construction, it's worth noting. I think it applies for RP as well.

It applies for pretty much anything that costs wealth.
