Title: Is there a way to focus on mining a particular mineral?

For example, say you're mining on a planet that has several minerals.   However, you especially need Duranium.

Could you order your mines to produce 50% Duranium, and 50% of everything else?

Nope. The mines pull out all present minerals equally.
