Title: Obsolete missile engines?

Is there a way to obsolete old missile engine designs, like you can other components? I don't see any way from the missile design screen, and they don't show up in class design. 

Edit:  I see I can "view tech" on the class design window, and obsolete missile engines from there, but that still doesn't remove them from the missile design engine select dropdown.
