Title: Deleting civilian ships

Is there any way to delete civilian ships?   My game is only in year 6, and already the shipping lines have 20+ independent vessels (because I colonized Luna)  I'm afraid that, with much more of this, my game will just overheat from Earth-Luna trading, but at the same time I don't want to completely give up the wealth creation from Luna and 'ban body' it.  so I'd like to nuke half those ships

You can attach a tug to them, and release them afterwards, that should give the ship to you, so you can scrap or abandon it
