Title: [SOLVED] How to explore Ruins

So, I've got a planet with some ruins, and my Teams tab shows I have a xenology team on the planet.  Do they just automatically start excavating, or do I need to do something to start the process?

Nevermind! Looks like it just happens, as my team just finished exploring.

You need construction brigades to dig out the goodies after your xeno teams have found out what are possible to salvage.
